Sustainability
As a small business, we believe it starts with the businesses to practice sustainability to not only make it easier on consumers to build the healthy practice, but also help our planet. While it's impossible to be 100% sustainable at this point in time, we do what we can to take some stress of mother Earth.
Packaging
We only use recycled, upcycled, recyclable, or biodegradable materials to ship. The only plastic is reused and we hope that you can reuse it too! We do not include packing slips to cut back on waste. Any product packaging is either made to be recycled or made with recyclable materials right down to our thank you cards.
Our Products
Most of our products are made in house, locally or state side. We make what products we can to have as small of an impact on the planet as possible and hope to update the materials as we grow. Our most eco-friendly products are our shirts, pins keychains, and totes. We upcycle clothing as much as we can and use inks that are non-toxic and can be recycled. We keep little stock as we don't often make bulk purchases to cut back on excess waste.

When will my order ship?Retail: Most orders take 5-7 business days to process and be shipped. Most shipments are done via USPS and take 3-5 business days for delivery state side. Some pre-orders or orders fulfilled by the company Printful can take 7-14 business days to be made and shipped. Wholesale: Orders can take 2-3 weeks to process and be shipped. Smaller orders can move faster, but this is dependent on current order amounts. Please let us know if you need it quicker and we'll do what we can. Clothing and totes take a minimum of 2 weeks. You will be notified at time of shipment with your tracking number.

Sticker OrdersSticker only orders under a certain weight ship by stamp and do not have tracking. You could purchase tracking separately for an additional $3 by reaching out to info@cappytrails.com

My order says "shipped" or "delivered" but I haven't received it yetPlease note that USPS and other shipping services are still being affected by the state of the world and therefore continue to experience delays. Some packages often get "stuck" somewhere along the line and can take several days or even weeks to move. Other times tracking does not update, or updated incorrectly. In these cases we ask for your patience and give your package a little more time to get to you. Often times it shows up soon after you reach out to us! However if you've given it some time try these steps: Check to make sure you've provided the correct shipping address If your package says "delivered" check with household members and neighbors to make sure it wasn't taken by mistake. Check with your post office or carrier especially if it says "delivered." They should be able to see where it was scanned last. Due to the nature of our small business, we do not offer replacements for "lost" or "stolen" packages. Our products help support conservation monetarily and therefore we cannot afford to replace every lost item. If this could be an issue for you, we suggest reaching out to purchase insurance before you place your order. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have an issue with your order and we can work out a solution together!

Returns/ExchangesPlease contact us within 14 days of delivery to have access to the following: Returns We only offer returns on orders that had an error made on our part. We'll provide you with a return packing slip and should you choose not to exchange, you'll be refunded as soon as we receive your order. Unfortunately we can't provide refunds for unwanted items, however you may exchange them for something of equal value or more. Damaged items can be exchanged only. Orders fulfilled by Printful (our retail clothing manufacture) will have to be contacted by the customer to talk about any replacements as we do not handle that on our end. We will provide you with the information to do so. Exchanges You may exchange your item for another provided that the item was unused and still within it's packaging if applicable. You will need to purchase the shipping for both the new product and the one being exchanged. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size of product to avoid any extra fees!
